Calendar-sharing was yesterday

Your privacy is our priority! Above all no one else apart from you can access your availablity data.

Various measures are there to protect you. First of all, Scedule never makes a list of all your available times and dates from your calendars. Secondly our smart Scedule algorithm reveals only the appointment proposals that fit with your preferences and availability.

1:1-Meetings

A purple Scedule icon indicates that the contact is also using Scedule. A blue icon indicates not only that the contact uses Scedule, but that it is also a “trusted” contact (i.e. your email addresses are stored in each other’s address books).

In order for the availability of the meeting organiser and the invited party to be alligned both must be”trusted” contacts. This ensures that unknown contacts cannot obtain any information about your basic availability.
